If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry—returning items is easy! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the following conditions are met:

  1. The order should include all parts and components, with the packaging intact and as it was originally received.
  2. The product shows evidence of normal handling; damages from careless handling cannot be accepted.
  3. Hygiene-sensitive products must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  4. The product was found to be defective immediately after receipt.
  5. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
  6. We will process your return within 7 business days. If all conditions are met, we will officially recognize the return within this timeframe.

We kindly reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the items have been used or damaged due to no fault of our own.

How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return
    • Photo of the product if it’s damaged
    • Your first and last name
    • Your address

We’ll respond promptly with the return address. Please avoid sending returns to the original sender address; we’ll provide you with the correct address. Remember, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Right of Withdrawal

If you’re a consumer making a purchase not primarily related to your commercial or professional activities, you have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions:

A. Cancellation Conditions

You have 14 days from the day you (or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier) receive the last item to cancel your order.

Since our system is fully automated, orders are processed as soon as they are placed, and we cannot stop the shipping process once initiated. Unfortunately, this means we cannot issue a refund upon receipt of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us (STORE NAME) with a clear statement (e.g., via email) of your decision to cancel. Withdrawal is considered complete when we receive the returned goods. Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Transit Shipping Record

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If your goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive your order and then return it to us. You may inform us of your intention to cancel in advance.

To expedite your return, we would appreciate it if you could send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than our standard least expensive option), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your cancellation notice and the returned goods. We will use the same payment method for the refund as used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Rest assured, no additional fees will be charged for this refund.

Please send all returns to our central warehouse in Asia at your expense.
